Yoga can be a spiritual practice to explore how the Holy Spirit connects with the body, mind and heart. Come join a class and experience how meditation and movements with breath can connect us into deeper relationship with Jesus. Feel free to invite friends.
No prior experience in yoga necessary. Appropriate for all levels, though not appropriate for women who are pregnant.
Attend session when you can; not all sessions in the six weeks series are required.
