Self-Defense Workshop

This 4-hour self-defense workshop presented by Impact Bay Area focuses on street safety & awareness, physical & verbal boundary setting and hands-on, effective self-defense techniques.

Why do you need self-defense?

Verbal boundary setting, in addition to physical self-defense skills, enable you to better assess, avoid and respond to uncomfortable and potentially dangerous physical or sexual assault situations.

In this course, participants will practice using assertiveness and boundary-setting techniques in realistic scenarios and learn some basic physical self-defense techniques proven to work.
