Important Registration Notes

After you click the "RSVP" button above, please put the following information in the "Notes" field:

  • Names and ages of children who are attending with you
  • Any meals (from Fri Dinner through Sun Lunch) that anyone in your party are planning to miss

Deposit:  A deposit of $50 is due with each adult registration.  However, if you are not able to pay $50, simply pay whatever you are able.  To pay online, click here and select "2009 All-Church Retreat" as the category on the donation screen.  To pay by check, place a check with "2009 Retreat" on the memo line and drop it in the Sunday giving jar or give it to a staff person.

IF YOU ARE ATTENDING ON SUNDAY ONLY:  Please RSVP for lunch by clicking the button above and writing "Sunday Lunch Only" in the "Notes" field.  Lunch is $7 for adults and $5 for children 4-12.  You may pay online here or by check.

Join us for The River’s first-ever all-church retreat weekend!  We will be gathering Friday August 21 – Sunday August 23 at Mission Springs Conference Center in Scotts Valley.  This will be a great time to bond as a church family (one weekend together = 10 Sunday mornings of interaction!).  We will have time for the whole church body to have fun together, free time to play and rest, and many opportunities to build new and deeper relationships.

This is also the kick-off to our year-long process of discovering our personal and family visions in God.  Our sessions will help ground us with the tools and concepts of personal mission with “lab time” to allow us to begin discerning and articulating our personal vision.

Please note that our Sunday Celebration Service on August 23 will be a Family Service and will be held at Mission Springs (there will be no services at SJSU).  For questions, contact Mark Phifer-Houseman ().
