Compassion & Justice Call to Action
January 2021 Call to Action: PICO California
Together, we demand CA’s elected leaders ban evictions through 2021 by passing AB 15 now, and act boldly to forgive rent & protect families from long-term debt by supporting AB 16.
Will you join faith leaders across CA in calling our legislators TODAY?
While millions of Californians have lost income or jobs due to COVID, our state politicians must decide who they stand with: landed, corporate interests, or our communities struggling to get by and pay rent & mortgages.
We choose to respond to this crisis by casting a moral vision in 2021: a CA where all of us, no matter our race or what’s in our wallets, have what we need to survive, thrive, and belong.
|
