As a convenience to our attenders, The River has set up an online giving portal using PayPal to process payments. Using PayPal, you can make a donation to The River directly from your bank account or by using a debit or credit card. You can also set up a recurring monthly payment. Please note that The River is charged a transaction fee of $0.30 per transaction plus 2.2% of the donation.
To make an online donation, follow these steps:
- Click the link at the top of the page
- Log in to The River website, or if you are a first-time user, enter your billing information.
- After confirming your billing information, you will then see this screen. Fill in the amount you wish to donate. You may also set up a recurring donation by entering a day for monthly donations.
- Click "Continue" and then click "Pay with PayPal" to be taken to the PayPal website to complete your donation.
- You will be prompted to sign in to PayPal. If you are a first-time user of PayPal, you will be prompted to create a free account. You can also pay without creating an account if you choose to use a credit card.
- At the PayPal site, you can choose your method of payment and verify the donation. When you are satisfied click the "Pay Now" button. You will be returned to www.the-river.org.
