Merry Christmas!

Frozen entree update.  So after eating about 10 of those Chinese frozen entrees, I've realized that they are pretty "yang" on the yin-yang scale of things.  Especially when I eat them with my Hawaiian Kettle Potato Chips, I'm pretty greased and salted out by the end of lunch.  I'm always hitting people up for some oranges to get some "yin" back into my body.  So I still endorse them, but more mildly now.  If you have no idea what I'm talking about, go here.

The River's Ministry Center will be closed for the holidays from December 25 - January 1, re-opening on Friday, January 2.
